Description

Tintin and the Cigars of the Pharaoh was the fourth part in the Tintin series. Inspired by the discovery of the tomb of Tutankhamun in 1922 and the rumours about a curse of the pharaohs.

The story follows Tintin and his dog Snowy, who are traveling through Egypt when they discover a tomb containing dead Egyptologists and chests full of cigars. While unraveling the mystery surrounding these cigars, Tintin travels further through South Arabia and India, where he uncovers the secrets of an international drug network that uses the cigars to smuggle opium. In this story, he also meets the detectives Thomson and Thompson for the first time.

This poster is limited to 2000 copies. The serigraphy is printed on archival quality 100% cotton paper of 270 grams. The dimensions of the poster are 80 cm high by 60 cm wide (31.3" x 23.6"). Produced by Tintinimaginatio (formerly Moulinsart) in 1995.
