Cor Noltee (1903–1967) was a Dutch painter, known for his atmospheric cityscapes, landscapes and river views. Born on 2 September 1903 in Dordrecht, Noltee showed an interest in art at a young age. He was educated at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, where he developed under the influence of Impressionism and the Hague School.

Noltee's work is strongly inspired by his immediate surroundings. His paintings often show intimate scenes of Dordrecht, Rotterdam and other Dutch cities, rendered with a warm and loose touch. His style is characterized by a focus on light, atmosphere and a strong composition, which gives his work a timeless quality.

Although Noltee was not widely recognized in his time, he is now seen as an important figure in the tradition of Dutch urban and landscape painting. His works are still appreciated and regularly exhibited in galleries and museums, especially in the Dordrecht region.
